I placed an order in e-Tobaccos (915953) on 4th of May 2011. They charged my credit card and after one week they sent me an e- mail with title:

"Waiting for stock partial":
We were expecting to receive the stock to serve your order in the latest shipment from the importer, but unfortunately we have not received it.
We have in stock some products of your order but not all. We were expecting to receive more stock from the importer including the ones out of stock for your order which are:
Danske Club Black Luxury (50g) x 5 Bags. We expect them by the end of the week., but unfortunately we have not received it.
We have three options now:
1.- We continue trying to obtain it, we receive a new shipment this Friday on which it could arrive.
2.- You choose another suitable product from more than 1700 products in our shop.
3.- We ship the products we have and refund you the difference.

I replied telling them to replace out of stock items with other tobaccos. NO ONE ANSWERED!!
I sent them many emails. NO REPLY!!!
After 4 weeks they sent me again the same e- mail (You have three options etc). I replied again -- STILL NO ANSWER!!
I'm still waiting...
VERY BAD!!
