I went on line to get a loan from a cash advance company. At this time, I was sent to a website that was believed to be a cash advance department, however, upon completion of my application it was discovered that this was in fact a credit card company. I tried to opt out, but they did not allow me the opportunity to do so. They instead told me I had to go on line or send them notification by fax or mail to opt out. This is fraudulent. Now my bank has placed a $25.00 fee in the negative do to that check going through. When I tried to contact EDPreporting.com I was given the option of calling during normal business hours between 9-5 Pacific time. I did not understand the above box regarding Company Business Name, nevertheless, my bank is All South Federal Credit Union located in Columbia, S.C. The phone number there to the one closest to me is (803) 736-3110. My home number is (803) 834-3535. I can be reached between 9am-2:30pm Mon- Thurs and 9am-12:30pm on Friday.
