I order 2 bags from this company and they charged my credit card and notified me that they had been shipped. After waiting for a couple of weeks I then had to go to a website that they gave me to track the shipping and wage a complaint that I had not received it yet...after waiting several more days I got an email stating that they were investigating. The package finally arrived and was held at the post office becuase I was out of town. Needless to say I was expecting the package 2 weeks earlier and it arrived too late to give the items as birthday gifts. I emailed them immediately that I wanted to return the items and was unhappy with the delay and the quality as well. I never received any futher communitcation and upon further investigation it would cost me almost $100 to ship the items back with insurance and then they would charge me another $23 to restock the items. Since I did not receive an acknowledgement back from them it is past the 7 day window that they will even acknowledge a return ( I did not pick up from the post office in time) and I am afraid to ship the items back, spend the money just to find out they will not accept the return.
