They don't really follow their own guidelines. I contacted them about a product that I believed to be defective. They did not sound interested in the conversation and just said to send it back. We agreed to full refund and return shipping costs. When they get the product, they claim that a nonworking keyboard is a normal thing and not a technical problem. Keey mentioning their low prices and say they can't affort to cover shipping cost. Why promise it then? In the end I am out $50 because they only issue a partial refund. They act completely inconsiderate and keep mentioning cost and telling you to get another product from them.
I think they seriously have one or two people running the whole place, even though they say they employ 50 - 100 people. It's probably run out of a cardboard box because thats the kind of service you feel you receive.
