I ordered trial bottle of Acai Berry from www.extremeacaiberry.com web site on 12/29/2009 and canceled my subscription(s) on 01/05/2009 (so, it is within 14 days allowed to cancel further shipments). I got a confirmation number from that company as well. So, it sounds good so far, right? No, they subscribed me without my consent to the fit -fac.com (aka Fit Factory) services and that site charged me $1.17 and $29.99 on 01/20/2009. How come? As a customer I did not know about that subscription at all. I got a customer service representative of fit-fac.com and chat with her about those charges. Guess what, no help, just pure business mumbo-jumbo. No proof of my subscription, they could not even tell me the date of my subscription.
It was total SCAM. I called my bank and opened a dispute. They will investigate and take care of it. BTW, they told me that Acai Berry web site tries to charge their customers under many different names and one of them was that fit-fac.com. If you want really to get Acai Berry, then go to www.botanicchoice.com and look for Acai Slim Complex (reg. price $19.99 for 45 capsules and you can get it for just $8.00). The latest code of the product was B4ACAC in the catalog. Regards.
