I ordered this product a week ago on 25th April 2011 and just received this today in a Ziplock..!!

I didn't expect to receive a brand new product in a small zip lock cover and without all the components which comes with the default packaging.
So, I called the customer care at 1800 816 0810 and the agent - Melissa did not know why this was received in a ziplock, so she sent me a return label which says 15% restocking fee + return shipping to be paid by the customer. I explained her that it isn't my fault and i did not receive the complete product.
She then transfered the line to Christine, She was so arrogant and she said this is how it is and its our company policy and she also added that "it is the same even if you yell at me for hours". I was talking to her politely, using the word "madam" every now and then..!!
I requested her to send me the ear tip which comes with this product and asked her to explain why did she say that I yell at her..She simply hung up the phone on me.
I called again and asked for supervisor to explain about it. Hannah received the call and she transfered the line to a Manager - KIA. The manager said simply this is how they operate and I have to pay for shipping of any missing /defective product which comes in a zip lock..!! She can do nothing about it.
I do not know whom / where to complain as this company did not send me the product properly in a manufacturer box and also did not send me complete product which i paid for...
Now I am stuck...Cannot return this product which costs half of the product's cost including the restocking fee and No exchange without shipping charges...Customer care is very irresponsible...
Please help me resolve this issue...
