Where to start? I ordered a pettiskirt from Katrina, the owner of the business on 30th of March 2011 and she took the money from my account on April 4th 2011. I had an email from her on march 30th thanking me for my purchase and giving me an order number. I ordered it in march to give it time for arrival for my daughters birthday on may 12th.

I am in the UK and it stated on the website that for international orders you would be contacted to arrange delivery and any extra charges etc. I waited a couple of days and then contacted her myself via email to try and sort out any additional delivery charges to the UK. I heard nothing back from her. A couple days later i tried again to the 2 different email addresses I had for the company. Still no reply. I assumed that perhaps there were no additional fees and waited for my delivery. 3 weeks later still nothing. I then sent a total of 12 more identical emails to her and was completely ignored. The website provides no business contact phone number.

Then on saturday 7th of may I sent her an email the same as the others but with the title BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I then had a response from her on Monday 9th making various excuses for the bad customer service and saying she would mail me the item straight away. Eventually I got a tracking number also. But then I founf that she had helped herself to $36.00 from my account without my permission and still hasn't invoiced me for that to this date. She did not send it by express mail and even express mail would have been cheaper than that!

The skirt has finally arrived today (not in time for my daughters birthday obviously). It is 2 inches shorter than most branded pettiskirts and not as full. I also ordered matching hair accessories for an extra $12.00 and they are really very cheap and nasty. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had, the worst customer service I have ever had and a huge waste of money. I truly regret doing business with this woman. I have since found out that she is advertising merchandise on her site that suppliers have told her to remove as they no longer wish to be associated with her.
