I was charged 1.95 for a cd about government grants but have since been charged 39.95 every month for nothing.

IN MAY I ORDERED A CD FROM FEDGRANTUSA.COM AND WAS CHARGED JUST $1.95 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. I FOUND A SECOND CHARGE OF $39.95 PLUS $7.95 FROM PROFITGGL. I HAVE ALREADY RETURNED THE CD OVER TWO WEEKS AGO. I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL CHARGES TO MY DEBIT CARD.

In December or January I ordered a cd, and was to be charged just $1.95 for the shipping and handling. In February I called because I found a charge of 39.95 from www.fedgrantsusa.com with a telephone number that does not show completely so I called the same number that I had called to order the cd, I spoke to someone there who assured me that they were stopping further charges and I would receive back the charges made to date.

At this time, I have been billed for 5 months, I have called many times and get to an answering device and the phone goes dead. Today I spoke with Tina, she said that she could not refund that and I would be connected to her SUPERVISOR, I declined that, I am going to the FBI tomorrow and will also go online to IC3 to file a complaint with them. $200.00 is a lot of money for someone who exists on SS.

I really want this group of scammers shut down and I want my money back. I never authorized any charges but the $1.95. These guys work like some shady used car dealers, and they give a shady used car dealer a bad name.
