Unauthorized charges
I went onto website 30 day trial, cancelled it a few days later. I have been charged $19.95 since Oct last year every month. I have send several emails them, threatened to report to Watch Dog. They are still charging my account and i am going to be filing this as fradulent charges. I want my account refunded immediatly, its over$ $100 that i have been ripped off. This is unacceptable.

unauthorized credit card charges
I am receiving credit card charges that are unauthorized. I did not sign up for anything, or have i ever been on their website.I have tried calling, but they will not return my call.I have no intentions of paying for something I did not request.

FRADULENT CHARGES
A CHARGE OF $29.95 APPEARED ON MY HUSBAND'S CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I AM SENDING A COPY OF THIS COMPLAINT WITH HIS CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND ASKING THEM NOT TO PAY ANY BILLINGS FROM THIS COMPANY.

fraudulent charge on credit card
Got my credit card bill today - on it was a charge from a company I have never heard of. The charge listed the company as www.fit-fac.com. I pulled up the website and called the phone number. I was informed that since I ordered Bromalite (for free with a $4.95 shipping charge) I was "automatically" enrolled into the fit factory program. I was NEVER informed of this enrollment and they just billed my card $29.95. This is a SCAM!!! The government and/or FDA needs to shut these people down!! With today's economy, this is a unforgiveable!! I think we should bring a class action suit against this company that supplies Bromalite and Acai Berry - is there an attorney out there interested?

charge to my credit card
There is a charge of $29.95 on my credit card statement which I did not authorize. I called 866 407 1022 but could not understand what they were telling me. The web site is www.fit-fac/com but that didn't help either.
I am assuming it has something to do with my order for Aciapure and Green Tea Extreme and I am in the
process of trying to get my money back there too.

unauthorized deducton
Ordered the free sample for the $4.95 s&h fee and they deducted $29.95 from my account. I never received any product as well.

unauthorized charges
I signed up for Acai Pure trial and this $29.95 charge automatically appeared on my credit card bill. I did call athem nd they did remove it right away. It's a scam, watch out and check your credit card very carefully when ordering this acia pure product.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a sample of Acaia and Bromalite. Each was only suppose to cost $5.30
These companies are connected. There are several phone#s but they route you back to the one listed above. I have been charged numerous amounts...$85.55
$29.95 $53.45 only sample packs for all this money. I have called and called each # and they give me a conf# for cancellation but still keep charging. I have done this in Dec and Jan. At this time just out of the money. What can we do to stop these people?

unauthorized charges to credit card
I am 65 yrs. old, disabled, and received a $29.95 charge to my bank account. I did send for free sample, but immediately upon receipt, I canceled the account. I have lung cancer, and only months to live. I just found this out. I don't think losing weight is my highest priorty right now. This product came through the mail - does it make it a federal fraud offense? I am going to contact my bank, immediately.
