never ordered / never authorized charge
I have charges on my credit card for posted 11/11/08; 12/11/08; and 1/10/09 from www.fit-fac.com. I called their phone number 866-407-1022 and got no where. What do I do? I also had charges from: PRICE SAVERS 866-219-0082 UT, and IP-MYBODYPHYSIQUE 888-771-7028 KNA, and PRICELIMBO.COM 877-350-8480 UT, and SEARCHVITAMINS 877-859-1109 UT. What is going on????? How did they get my credit card number???

2 unartharized charges to debit card
I have been charged at least 2 times for the amount of $29.95. I have not purchased anything from this website. I have purchased the free sample of aci-berry for the $3.95 shipping charge. I would like this to be refunded immediately.

Unauthorized charges
I was charged $29.95 and never receive the products. Don't sign up for any free sample of the Acai Berry, your credit card will get lots of unathorized.

Fraudelant Charges
I was just charged $29.95 from my banking account for a web-site that I have never been to NOR did I authorize ANY charges. I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau and my bank. This is why the economy is going to crap because of fraudelant companies like these making legitimate companies lose trusted customers. Oh, this is NOT THE LAST you will hear from me on this. You have stolen money from my account and that is AGAINST THE LAW!!!

Fraudulent charges
I ordered the trial bottle of this product for $1.00 only recieved one bottle, tried to call the number and nothing but music and or continual ringing. I have been charged $89.31 twice and $29.95 twice and only recieved one bottle-sending the other one Refused by mail. I have called my credit card company and have filed a fraudulent complaint-this should not be allowed and both this company and the SEARCHVITAMINS with a phone number of 877-859-1109 should be sued.

fraudulent charges
I was charged $69.95 twice thirteen days apart, and then charged $29.95 four days apart, plus $1.17 also. I just ordered a free trial of a colon cleansing product for $5.95. Then, I started noticing all of these other charges on my debit card account. I never authorized any of these transactions and when I call the number that these charges were made from the phone number I call is just busy. These companies need to be stopped!!! I had to cancel my card. This is ridiculous...

unauthorizated charge for $29.95
I was charged $29.95 for something at a website that I never visted and therefore never purchased anything from. I did however request a free sample of Acai berry supplement and was charged 49.95. I returned the product and requested a refund. I hope to here from them soon. I tried calling the toll free number several times and each time the line was busy.

unauthorized charges
Looked on my bank statement and there is a $29.95 charge from a company I have never heard of and certainly never purchased from. I think it is no coincidence that this charge comes immediately after another company, Illuminous Brites, whom I accepted a "free trial" from charged me $88.97 without aurthorization. I will file a seperate complain about them.

My debit card was charged for a product that was suppose to be free except for shipping. I want the money put back into my account. The transaction number for the withdraw is 234517883652340334013725969 and the phone number given was 866-407-1022
