Unauthorized Charges
I've also received unauthorized credit charges in the amount of $ 29.95 over the course of 30 days. The phone number listed with the charge brings up dead air. Although I was able to access the website, I'm afraid to enter any more personal information than they already appear to have. I've notified my bank to cease all transactions to this account, but would like to know how to make a formal complaint against this company for unauthorized charges.

unauthorized charges to bank card
Complaint Rating:
Company information:
United States
fit-fac.com
I was directed to a website to obtain a free trial of AcaiBerry supplement. I provided my debit card info to pay for $3.95 for S&H.
I then noticed that my bank was also charged $29.95 by www.fit-fac.com - they are not the company I requested the free trial from.
This is very bad business and to use Rachel Ray's and Oprah's name advertise this product is outrageous. I think they should both get involved and get this stopped.

fraudulent charges
I ordered AcaiPure product (which I subsequently returned unopened) and several fraudulent charges started appearing on my Credit card billing statements for small amounts; $29.95, $16.95, etc. all under different so-called company names.
I have started disputing these and cancelled my card.
This company needs to be stopped!

unauthorized charge
I have not been able to get through on the line, but the previous complaints from this website match me exactly. Ordered a free sample of acai diet product, paid the $3.95 shipping and see my credit card charged with an additional $29.95 from some company I have never heard of before.
This is a scam, a rip-off, and completely unacceptable. Companies like this need to be shut down the moment complaints like this file in, people should not be able to get away with this and they should be required to pay us back, and pay back anyone who receives overdraft fees for their deception!

credit card charge on my account without permission.
My credit card was charged $19.95 from www.fit-fac.com without my permission. I never even heard of this companybefore. I dont' know what they charged me for. The only thing I can think of is when I ordered free trials for Dri*Bromalite, DRI*AcaiaSlim and Total Cleanse. They are probably going to charge me for the Total Cleanse again. They must have retreived the credit card number then.

unauthorized charges
I signed up for a "free trial" of acai berry...paying only shipping and handling, I thought. Then 29.95 was charged to my account...no where on the sign-up did it state this..when I called she went into the whole spill of well, you have 7 days to cancel...beware this is NOT written anywhere...it's a scam...not only was I charged, but did not receive the 2nd bottle of acai berry! they removed 1 charge, but that was all...BEWARE...Serious SCAM!

Unapproved charges
My recent bank statement reflected an unapproved charge of $29.95. Both the website www.fit-fac.com and the number 866-407-1022 were listed on my statement. I called to request a credit and received one. The customer service provider gave me his "pitch" explaining how when I signed up for the free sample (+$3.95 S&H) there was verbiage on that same website telling me that I'd be enrolled for the Bonus Program unless I cancelled within 7 days. I explained to him that I never saw such verbiage and requested to speak to his manager if he would not fulfill my refund request.I got my refund and never bothered speaking with the manager. Definitely call, just be prepared to use your backbone!!

unauthorized charges
When I was on MySpace there was an ad from Oprah and Dr. Oz that listed free trial offer, all you pay is $3.95. When I looked online at my checking account, there was a deduction for $29.95. I never authorized this transaction, nor was anything listed on the website advising I would be charged for anything. This obviously is not a free trial offer. I have contacted my bank because the phone number that was listed was not valid. The have filed a dispute and put a stop pymt so no future deductions could occur.
