unlawful charges
I HAD ORDERED A FREE SAMPLE OF BROMALITE AND VITAL ACAI AND AFTER A WEEK OF TRYING THEM, I CALLED TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER PRODUCTS, AS THEY MADE ME FEEL VERY ILL. WE ARE STILL BEING CHARGED $29. 95 A MONTH ON OUR CREDIT CARD. THE PHONE NUMBER THEY LIST, 866-407-1022 IS A NON WORKING NUMBER. ITS FROM FIT-FAC. ANYONE THATS THINKING OF ORDERING ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS BETTR BE ADVISED, IT HAS TO BE A SCAM.WILL BE CONTACTING OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT. FOR RIGHT ACTIONS I SHOULD TAKE TO GET THIS CHARGE STOPPED.

Unauthorized Charge $29.95
This company has charged 29.95 to my account without authorization. I've never ordered any product from the website. Only thing I can think of is that I used my debit card on line for something else that day. They might have gotten my card information through cache from my computer. This is outragious! I am not sure how I can explain this to my bank, but when I called the number, the company was off due to NEW YEARS DAY. This issue needs to be cleared up immediately.

CHARGES ON MY BANK ACCOUNT
I WAS CHARGED TWO CHARGES OF 29.95 ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I WANT IT OFF. I WAS NEVER CALLED ABOUT THIS AND HAD NO IDEA THIS WOULD HAPPEN. I DID ORDER THE SAMPLE OF ACAI DIET FOR 3.95 BUT WASN'T CHARGED THAT . I WAS CHARGED 29.95 TWO TIMES.

unauthorized credit card charge
I have no idea who these people are or where they are located but there is a fraudulent, unauthorized charge on my credit card. I will be reporting it to my bank in the morning. I hope my report here assists in an endeavor to stop this fraudulent charging to consumers.

This company has charged 29.95 to my account without authorization. You need to contact me immediately before my bank and I press charges. This is the most dishonest thing, I've seen. This issue needs to be cleared up immediately. I'll be waiting your response, and exuses for these unauthorized charges.

never ordered anything from them
I have never visited this site or ordered anything from them. I oredered a sample bottle of the acai supplement as seen on Oprah, never rec'd the sample and now have a charge on my credit card. I will dispute this and will not pay it.
