So went to buy USD60 from these guys, went to their 24/7 online help first to check stock, told me triple the stock I needed was there, followed the purchase options.

Once paid and all confirmed I was told "sorry unable to send you gold unless I PHOTOCOPY my IDS, CREDIT CARDS, BANK ACCOUNTS and email it to them... WTF!

I asked for instant refund and was told "sorry my manager is not in I cannnot refund". Thank god for Paypal I've just lodged a dispute (items unsent) and will get my money back in a few weeks.
