With payment, this site claims that I can "Access All Public Records "FREE" with Instant access to Premium People Searches, Civil Public Records, Background Records, Court Records, Marriage Records, Death Records, Credit Records, Government Records, Property Records, Reverse Record Searches, & much more. No Additional Cost - Today Only!"

But when I searched for a birth record for anyone with the last name McMahan ever born in the state of California, it came up with NO RECORDS FOUND!!!

Immediately following payment after placing your order, you receive direct access to their Government Records members area AUTOMATICALLY. But if you read closely, their disclaimer reads:

PART I: By your use of the Government-Records.com service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Govt-Files and Government-Records.com it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors against any and all claims arising out of said use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Under no circumstances will Government-Records.com, it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors be liable for any damages from your reliance upon anything derived from this site even if Government-Records.com, it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors have been advised that such defect or unsuitability exists.

I find it APPALLING that they would try to keep themselves free of liability EVEN IF THEY ARE AT FAULT AND KNOW IT!!! Another part of their disclaimer reads:

I, the member, accept liability for all payments charged to my account by me or by anyone else using my "Username" and "Password" to access any part of Government-Records.com, whether or not that person does so with my authorization. Is that even legal??? Does that mean that they could hold me liable even if my credit card was stolen?
But THE MOST APPALLING OF ALL is where their disclaimer establishes that their website materials and descriptions exist only as an EXAMPLE and don't reflect their ACTUAL services!!! It reads:
