I ordered a disc for $1.98 on 01299, the disc was never sent to me, on 0299 Grantfundingsearch charged my master card another $69.98 for a one month membership to their website wich was not authorized by me, so I called the 1-888-210-2544 number to ask for a refund and was told that it was in their policy to charge a monthly fee for access to the website, giving them the benifit of the dought I may have missed that note in the small print. I canceled all future orders and was told that I have access to their website for the month that I was charged for, they gave me a user name and password over the phone but everytime I try to login I am still denied access. This must be some kind of scam theyre running using the Governments name.
