Wave Kirsch owner of Highskydevelopment.com, produced a cookie cutter site for me after responding to my ad on Craigs.
He asked for no money up front and would never give a website developer any money upfront ever.
After two months he gave me a site which I did not like because I asked for more frills then the clone site I suggested.
This came about at the last minute because he started calling me 20 times and emailed me the same. He said his boyfriend was sick with cancer and he was being evicted. I was very suspicious, but I paid him the full $450, he required.
after this he went underground which I thought he would. He has access to my Paypal account and total control of the site.
I have asked for full refund and he never responded. This guy is a con man and people should know it.
