I warn you - don't do business with www.ibizwebsite.com. On the night of March 24, 2009, my husband and I received a call on his cell phone, his business phone, and was offered a website in two weeks and we didn't pay until the product was finished. We were told we had nothing to loose and if we were unhappy they didn't get paid. The only item we had to pay for that night was $20.00 for the domain name which was ours for a full year. Between 3/24 and the time the website was 'finished' according to them, they asked for half down even though we were told we didn't have to up front. We paid them that amount by check by phone on 3/31/09. Later on we were told that there was an additional $300.00 for local listings on 3 major search engines. Even though we weren't aware of that up front, we agreed to it. Come to find out it's only for two and didn't include google. There is only one person at that whole company that can make changes to the website and we had to work around their schedule to make changes. Therefore if my husband was busy trying to make money and it was in her schedule at that time they had to reschedule. That happend a few times. I emailed her 'some' changes one week and told her that these were the few things that stood out to us the most that needed to be changed (things like grammer, centering of the website wording, etc...things that shouldn't have to be changed) and then my husband would meet with her next week on the content in more depth. I clearly stated at the beginning of my email and at the end that the website was not done. The few changes were made and they took it upon themselves to charge my account for the rest of the website without our approval. This was on May 26th. They had taken the rounting and account numbers from the check by phone back in March without our permission. My bank has returned the money and took it as fraud charges. I don't know how they get the money back but I'm assuming they did since IBizWebsite knows about it. Since then they have been arguing that they did a great job like they promised and blamed us for it not being done. I don't know about anyone else, but I've been in sales for years and you don't charge someone unless the product is delivered and in this case it is not! The website looked like some 10 year old did it. They had copied and pasted pictures from other websites so if you clicked on it - it would go to another companies website. By the way, my husband and I own an air conditioning company. In one of my last emails to them I demanded the domain as well as a refund because were not happy at all with their work. They told me and their website proclaims that if you are not happy...you don't pay. Since then I have had to file a complaint with the BBB and have been going back and forth. I don't even wan their crappy content. All I want is my domain name so I can hir a professional website company that will do good work and be a little more creative than a 10 year old. It looked like they went online and got a template. I could have done that myself. Don't do business with them. They even admitted in an email to us that they have dealt with situations like this before. What does that tell you? I think they are dragging this out despite. You can go to our website that we have posted in ads and on my husbands business card and see that they are saying we are a non-paying account. How does that make us look? We did pay them by way of fraudulant charges and got our money back because we were not happy. Why don't they post that? Why not post the truth. And they also have an ad on our website advertising for their company. I would never in a million years do business with them if I were you unless you want a crappy website and pay more than you initially agreed to...and argue with them when you are not happy. I wouldn't even be proud to be their employee. They are aweful and treat people wrong.
