I was checking online Banking & realized that I had an 'unauthorized Debit card amount of $29.95 to my Ckg. Acct.' and was furious to learn this at 10:30pm when I could do NOTHING to correct it with Bank of America until tomorrow morning.

I checked out the website given on my bank acct. only to learn that this was possibly a SCAM that had happened to many others who had tried out the Acai berry Diet plan that had been promoted on Oprah. That is the ONLY reason WHY I tried this diet plan out...because I trusted Oprah. Now, I may have to cancel my Debit Card asap to save what little money I do have. I had actually been led to believe that a 14-day FREE trial of Acai pills would be mailed to me and THEN I could decide if I wanted to continue. But, instead, I was mailed a 60 day supply and told that I would have to pay for the other 45 pills ($100+) dollars unless I mailed them back within that 14-days. I did so. I called the 800 number given and returned the pills per their instructions with Cancellation Confirmation # given to me. I thought the matter was resolved. To MY SURPRISE I got this $29.95 charge to my Ckg. Acct. tonight just before 10:30pm which put me in the 'red' until I had some money 'transferred' from another account to keep me from 'bouncing'. I AM SO MAD ABOUT THIS. This company seemingly 'scammed' unsuspecting people like ME into believing that they could use this product at relatively low cost to lose weight and when we got the Acai berry product - we found out otherwise and then returned the product only to later learn that this company 'scammed' us again by the unauthorized debit to our checking account. This Acai berry product was promoted by Oprah & Dr. OZ. I'm soooooo
upset by this. We are not rich like Oprah. We can't afford to lose $29.95 or more. Now, I'm going to HAVE TO cancel my Debit card just to protect myself. If there is any way y'all can help get my money back ... please do so. Thank you.

I was checking my online banking account and I noticed a charged from www.lifstylefit.com. I called my husband to make sure he didn't purchase anything from this site. He did not and neither did I. I typed in the site to see what it ws and all that came up was this Complaints Board, and it showed where someone else had also been charged by the same thing. I am going to my bank and getting the charge taken off and getting my debit cards canceled.

I was charged by your company for a $29.95 charge that I neither subscribed to nor authorized.
Please credit my account.
