Vendor's website states that credit card will be charged 24 hrs prior to shipment. It has now been 3 weeks.
I have pointed this out to the vendor, and presented this as my reason for requesting a cancellation of the order. While the vendor responds to emails, he (Bryon Roth, [email protected]) did not once directly address the issue (cancellation).
Item ordered 7/26/2010, credit card charged 7/28. Told item would ship 'early next week' (week of 8/8), then 'this coming Friday' (8/13), phone call never returned, 2 emails not returned.
