I paid Lorraine.es.com for a spell and upon her agreeing she offered me a deal for multiple spells. I paid $125 to start, then $600. After no results she asked me to pay for a "skim set" for $145. Then after no results said it would be a good time for a reading. I paid $110 which should have been a full reading which she offers, but only gave me the 10 question reading which is only $65. I asked her about this and she said it was for the reading and rings to upgrade. After still no results she said "a final conception will bring overnight results, I promise." I paid an additional $110 for this. This entire time she talked about "a massive structure, with a bowl, etc." I asked her for a picture and she refused. I asked her for copies of receipts of supposed supplies she purchased for this and she never responded. I contacted the bank and filed dispute claims as she had a 100% money back guarantee, "no questions asked" and after asking her for this with no response I filed the claims. I contacted PayPal and filed claims with them, to find out that the charges were attached to websites and emails I had never even heard of much less been to. They have multiple names and numbers and I can not get through on any number. It is obvious to me now that they are a web ring of supposed psychics and spell casters who did nothing but steal money. Otherwise they would be able to provide proof of service, honor their money back guarantee and at lease respond back to me. The first payment was on 11/06/10 and the last was on 1/04/11. I have records of all payments and kept all emails filled with explanations of the process and structure which do not exist, her promises, and my emails asking for a photo, receipts and a refund.
