I do not know how I was signed up for this site, but received a notice in my email that I had signed up for the service. It has all of my relevant information. I immediately sent out a letter telling them that I did not sign up for this service and requesting that the account be cancelled and my money refunded. This month again they have billed me for the service. I went to the customer service site and tried to cancel but I cannot cancel I can only sign up for a cheaper account. I am going to cancel my credit card that they are using and then I would like to see them get payment.
