Fraudulent charge of $4.92 on my debit card, the day before I started using new card. I have never had dealings with this company.

Internet WHOIS describes location as "Belleville in United States" and the Internet Service Provider as MonsterCommerce.

This is clearcut case of fraud and their support number always rings busy.

I received an unauthorized charge on my Visa debit card from this company. My bank statement listed an 800 number for the company, but each time I called I received a recording stating that the machine would not take messages and that I needed to email their customer service department.

I went their website and saw that they sell screensavers to be downloaded to one's computer. I sent them an email explaining the unauthorized charge.

Their response asked me for the transaction number of my order so that they could look into it. I responded back that I did not have a transaction number, as I had never placed the order. I also stated that I wanted the information pertaining to that order, as I would be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

They responded with the info. Interestingly, they had my correct name, but no middle initial as is on my card. They had my correct address and expiration date. They had an email address that does not exist, and they did not have the security code from the back of my card. They also gave me the IP address where the purchase had been downloaded. The IP address was in Miami Florida. My address is in New York.

I responded back that I wanted a refund immediately, I went through the differences as noted above, and I again stated that I would be filing a report. They refunded me the next day.

I have no idea who placed this order or how they obtained my debit card number and other info. But I do know that this company failed to provide a security check upon payment.
