A charge to my cc has appeared suddenly and every time I call I get put on infernal hold. I will be reporting this to my CC company and have the charges removed. I have had to call them three times to cancel after being charged again and again...I'm reporting them to FBI..internet fraud division..

I was fooled and signed up for the grant cd that the website offered. I recieved the cd and then the site started charging my credit card $39.95, monthly. I tried to cancel within the 7 days that they required and they stated they did not recieve the request. When the first charge was posted, i sent another request through their complaint department. Still this one was not recieved either, but the charge disappered off my bank account. Once again they tried this month. I called the immediately and had to argue with the woman. SHe tried to get mouthy with me and I threated to turn in a complaint to the FTC. She then "cancelled" the "account". I then requested that my money be refunded once again she gave me another confermation number for that. During this conversation, she repeatedly tried to get me to keep the service for a lower price. <br />
All I can say is be firm, don't give them any "wishy washy" answer. Get RUDE. Hopefully this will solve my problem.

I ordered a free cd ( 2.29)s/h and found out I was charged 39.95. How do I get my money back . I have emailed them and have no heard back from them.

was suposed to get a cd for 2.95 but was charged 39.95 and im getting charged about twice monthly regardless of my attempts to cancel and get a refund

They say you have 3 days to cancel but they take the 39.95 before you get the dvd and have a chance to look at it. Then when you e-mail them they dont answer, when you call the 800 # you get a recording to hold, they put on some really irritating music and never come back on line. Now I find even with a stop payment they can come back 6 mo later as a different co. and take more money from your account and you have no way of stopping it till they do it.
