fruad/charing 39.95 no cd
there is a group of companys i got charged a nsf fee that i need not hav these bastards now what they are doing because they hope people will not notice. now i have to change my accounts .i aske the lady who was from india and could not hear me, i say can i still get my cd then she says let my manager call you back.i told then they have three days are my bank secuty and my lawyer will be all on top of then. this is big because i 've seen like three differnt numbers for them.

I was led to believe that I was only PAYING $2.29 FOR A FREE C.D ON HOW TO GET GRANT MONEY AND GOT RIPPED OFF FOR ANOTHER $39.95, CAUSED MY BANK ACCOUNT TO BE OVER DRAWN, WHATS UP WITH THAT MAN I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW, NOW, GIVE IT BACK NOW!!!

advertisement for a free CD/pay $2.95 shiping
I went online and came across an advertisement from www.grantsite.net. I was told if I would send $2.95 for shipping and handling I would be getting a free CD in the mail on how to apply for grants. I was billed $39.95 a couple of days later and it was taken from my debit card. I am in the process of disputing this charge with my bank. If there is going to be a $39.95 charge that is all and well, but they need to put in the same text of writing that the rest of the advertisement is in, instead of putting in a disclaimer at the bottom of the advertisement in a setting so low you can't see it or read it. A couple of days after I had ordered the free CD, I went back on the website and noticed where they were talking about a $39.95 charge. I immediately e-mailed them with the confirmation number that was sent to me to stop this process, instead my bank card was charged. I demand immediate action.

Originally charged for 2.29 for a CD on grant information. The company precceeded to charge another 39.95 for a monthly service.
The additional charges where not authorized.

Original charge for 2.29 for a CD on grant information. The company precceeded to charge another 39.95 for a monthly service which it intended to charge continually. It should show up on your statement as WWWMYGRANTSITENET 87. They were planning on charging even more for another 2 services. This was for a 2.29 disc on information about grants. The total charges were going to reach around 100 dollars a month.
To cancel call the number off of this website
http://mygrantsite.net/billingInquiry.cfm
and ask to cancel everything and to refund the money they took out after the 2.29. If you have not used the account this may be a problem.
When all is siad and done you should have 4 different confirmation numbers.
3 for canceling all the services
1 for your refund
There is no reason to call up yelling they canecelled the service and refund the money with out arrgument.

unauthorized debit transactions
We were told we would get a cd for government grants for a total of $2.95. Now I look on my bank account and they have taken $39.95 out and we cannot get anyone to answer the 1-800 number given 1-877-495-1145. This is complete bull crap and I don't see how this is legal at all. I want all of my money refunded immediately to my bank account or I am seeking further action by the end of the week.

CC Fraud
A charge to my cc has appeared suddenly and every time I call I get put on infernal hold. I will be reporting this to my CC company and have the charges removed.

I authorized a shipping charge of <$5 for an informational CD. Now I see I've been charged $39.95 w/o my permission.
