I bought a year subscription to Norton 360 and was charged $69.99 and a feew days later charged $29.99. I have no clue what the $29.99 charge was for and did not authorize that charge. Of course there was no number to get ahold of these people either!!!

I added Norton protection to my laptop without knowing this was an illegal site. I would like the total amount of 69.98 refunded to my account. This is reference number MT082280105000010042414.
