I tried to order my medication on 5/25/09 and was told by their company that they were out of stock of that particular medication until 6/9/09. Then on 6/9/09 I placed my order and they debited my account for the order amount and sent me a FEDEX tracking number for shipment as promised. However, they then placed my order on hold stating this medication was undergoing a supply shortage. It is a very common medication and when I checked the FDA shortage website I found that there is no shortage of this medication and www.nationmd.com lied to me about a shortage. Then when I asked for the name of the pharmacy and their contact information so I could verify a supply shortage, they refused to give that information to me. The FDA's website clearly states that online drug providers have to provide patients with the contact information of the pharmacy sending them the medicine. They are in clear violation of FDA laws and I have submitted a complaint against them. However, other buys should beware of using www.nationmd.com as they do not deliver what they promise they will. Not only that, but they place a hold on the money for the order with your bank while not providing what they are supposed to and then claim they have no hold on your money and it must be your bank holding the money. I checked with my bank and they have nothing to do with it. Nationmd.com is clearly out to defraud customers and that is further evidenced by their outright refusal to provide contact information for their pharmacies or their management. They will not produce what they promise so anyone thinking of using their company should absolutely not do business with them and should find another resource.
