I also ordered the so-called FREE sample and used my Visa debit card to pay for the shipping and handling. I never DID receive the product but they took $79.96 out of my acct and then about 10 days later $29.95 and $2.95...I called and got some foreign customer service rep who kept putting me on hold and said she was NOT able to
refund my money...When she finally came back on the line I flipped out on her and said I better have the money back in my acct the next day. I called my bank who said yes they had returned the $29.95 and the $2.95 but NOT the $79.96. I tried calling them and also left them a nasty e-mail about my attorney and reporting them to everyone I could think of. I also had to cancel my debit card and be issued another one which is going to take 5-7 days...I am so dam mad I could just scream. I am also embarrassed to have been taken and wished I had checked the internet about these dam idiots. I am still going to pursue the constant phone calls and e-mails but I will probably never see the $79.96!!!
