unauthorized charges
The "free one month trial" never arrived. However, they count the sixteen days to cancel from the placement of the order. Then they charge $79.96 to your credit card and there is no way to get it back. The product for the $79.96 never arrives either.
Avoid this scam.

Unauthorized Charges
As others have complained about the unauthorized charges, I to fell for this scam. Not only was I charged for the product but also miscellaneous charges for other services I did not order. The company says it is in the diclosure information but I have read it and do not find any wording to the effect.
On top of that, I took the product for a month and it did absolutely nothing! The product is a sham to milk people out of money!

Premature & Non Authorized Upgrade Charges
I Agreed to S/H charges for the Free Trial of Acai Berry. The full month charge was already pending on my bank account within a few days of receiving the Free Trial. I decided to give the program the benefit of the doubt that it will work, and have accepted the full charge. However, "BEWARE"!!!, now I am getting hit with "Fine Print" / "Upgrade Charges" ($29.95 & $2.95) for additional services (Not Product) that I am still left not quite understanding. I just spoke to a very freindly and understanding customer service rep who has cancelled 2 different unwanted service upgrades. I was also offered a discount for my future monthly orders of the 30 day supplies of Acai Berry at $50.00 each.
I will continue this product for about 3 months, which is the duration of time that I am being told is recommended to experience the full effects. I guess I will post more info on this product in the next couple of months.

This is ridiculos all other produts have a returned policy in place and they are willing to work with the costumer but not this scam company they are just after your money.

I have all of you the complaints that's make against this company experiences on me. I call up the company got a representative that didn't speak English well at all. Told me that the system is down wanted my number to call me back. I told him when will the system be up? I will call back. After like 5 minutes on the phone with the customer serivces representative, finally he switch me to his supervisor. The supervsior inform me that there was a 14 day trail period disclosed throughout the pages while I sign up for the free bottlem sample. I make sure I read the fine print that it's totally free just pay for the 4.99 shipping and handling. There is nowhere in any of the pages disclosed that to me. The supervisor also say that they send me an email. to inform me that there will be a subscription base. Which I never recieved it of course. I was charge 02/10/2009 WWW.NATURES-ACAI.COM RENO NV $4.99, 02/26/2009 $79.96, 03/04/2009 WWWSELFHELPFFC00 OF 00 866-4071022 NV $29.95, 03/07/2009 DJMCOSTNSAVECOM 800-9788904 UT $2.95 and 03/13/2009 $85.91. Total of 203.76 for one sample bottle. The only authroize charge I authorized was the 4.99. Total rip off. The suprivors refunded the the 85.91 and the 2.95 and the 29.95. Refused to refund the 79.76. I have dispute the 79.76 with my bank. and I plan to submit all the complaints on here to my bank.

Was charged for items never received. Was advertised as free sample. Charged $198.77 for alleged diet products.
My credit card was charged by WWW.NATURES-ACAI.COM RENO NV for an alleged free sample for a diet product that was not received, and then additional charges were made against the credit card, all of which total $198.77 between February 19-March 6, 2009. when the credit card statement came in, the following company names also appeared, which upon further investigatin by me, revealed that they are the same "company", but none of them are actually located in Nevada...they are in the Philippines!
The other names they use are: WWWSELFHELPFFC00 OF 00; 866-4071022 NV (and) WWWCOSTSMASHCO00 OF 00; 800-9788904 NV.
They try to tell you that you asked for the products on-line and then failed to notify them, as per your "contract", that you did not desire monthly (and then some) auto shipments.
I have disputed the charges on my credit card and have told the company (in the Philippines) that I will pursue legal action if they do not cease charging my card, and should immediately remove any account information they have on file for me or my household.
I was given three separate confirmation codes for the alleged cancellation.
I plan to monitor his VERY closely.
Be WARNED---ths is indeed a scam. Look for these company names on your credit card statements whether you've asked for a free sample or not. I believe this is a credit card "phishing" expedition.

Fraud
They charged my account $79.96 unauthorized. When I called them they would not take off the charge. I told them it was fraud and asked them for their address. They said "hold on" and then hung up the phone.

I signed up for free sample of product if I paid for the shipping charges $4.99 charged to my account 2-24-09, I never received any product and on 3-09-09 my account was charged $79.96 please credit my account for for product/shipping never received and discontinue any further business with me.
