I placed an order with netmagazines.com for a subscription to Steelers Digest as a gift for my father who lives out of state. I placed this order on 5/13/07 and was told the magazine would start in 8-12 weeks. October comes and dad is visiting, I ask how he likes the magazine? What magazine he replys. You can't call netmagazines.com so off to the website to inquire about where the magazine is. After a week and a half of emails with me demanding conformation and assurances that the magazine would be started, netmagazines says yes no problem sorry for the inconvienance. March 2008 dad is visiting again. Did you get your magazine yet I ask? No was the reply. Back to the computer to find out where the magazine is. So sorry netmagazine says clearing house for some reason did not start the magazine again but we will offer to you to initiate the process all over again since you did pay for the magazine. Talk about getting your nose rubbed in it. I reply with how about a refund with 1 year of interest added since you can't seem to fulfill your end of the transaction of getting a payed for magazine delivered. No reply and no money from this company. Do not even think about doing business with this company or any of theese so called internet magazine companies because as my credit card company told me I can't dispute the charge if it is after 30 days. That is pretty hard to do when they tell you there is a wait of 8-12 weeks for delivery. If I have saved one person from doing business with netmagazines.com today it will make my day.
