I shipped Phone to them based on price of $90.00 they quoted me for a LG Env cell in excellent condition
I shipped out on 10/14/08 via Priority Mail with Insurance . After over over 3 weeks I contacted them to make sure they received phone. No response to emails until mid Nov 2008 they claim it took 28 days to receive, now I sent it from Long Island to Brooklyn Priority mail the most 4 days. First red flag!, Mid Nov 2008 they sent me an email stating phone was received and on account they didnt receive it until Nov 16 they would process order, and send check to me in 4 weeks. 4 weeks goes by nothing, I email them 3x no response finally an email from Jane Wilson claiming check will be issued and mailed out 12/30/08 I wait until Jan 4 I figured mail might be delayed on account of New Years ... nothing .. I email them again and get a response on 1.6/09 that they updated status on website and check has been sent. Again I wait I emailed them today 1/14/09 and now emails are being returned after some research on google I realize they are doing this to alot of people. I heard there is class action suit pending for fraud against them from NYS Attorney General .

I used them once b4 on a different phone and they were super slow way beyond what they claim the process would take but eventually I did get my check so I figured I would use them again.

Stay away from Phoneiscash.com there are other reputable and more reliable sites to sell phone on always ebay or craigslist...
