I ordered some shoes without, unfortunately checking reviews for this site (also www.shoediscounters.com, also say payments will be made to American Diva).

No shoes arrived so I chased up, after several emails, they told me they has sent to the warehouse to check when they will be sent. After another 2 weeks I emailed again, no response so I started a email bombard on their site. Got a response saying a credit has been put on my card (note - past tense). No credit was placed. After another week I called my card issuer and got them to recover the funds from this mob.

They should be banned - www.justaddcommerce.com is the site that actually processes the transaction although they say it is just their software, the fact that they provide the online transaction suggests they have a responsibility to deal with the complaint too, however they say it is not their problem.
