I ordered a free sample (I was to pay for the shipping) of a health/diet supplement that I had seen on a television program. I was sure that I read ALL of the fine print so I could not be charged for anything but the shipping.

So when I noticed a charge for $29.95 from WWWSELFHELPFFCOM8009LAS VEGAS I didn't have a clue where it was from or what it was for so I had my credit card company pay it back to me (I filed as a fraudulent claim) but when it kept occurring I decided I would investigate.

I am filling this form as I sit here on hold (which I have been for 15 minutes) after I have already spoken to 1 representative whom now claims that I must speak to a supervisor and I am caller #19...

I can hear from the background noise that I am not the only one complaining - very sad :(
