I placed my order online with www.thefertilityshop.com on March the 8th 2010. When tracking the information and order online I noticed it never came out of "Processing" status and promptly emailed the support email listed. I received a reply claiming that I was contacted about one of the items being on back order, I never received an email and for business reasons constantly check both my Inbox and spam messages. Giving the business the benefit of doubt, because I needed the items as they are time and health sensitive, I replied to send the other items promptly and ordered the missing items from another store. I never received a reply back and diligently emailed them twice a day since the problem was discovered and reported. My order has been "processing" for over a week and their online site commits them to both prompt customer service, shipment of items within 24 hours and a commitment to excellence.

I went to Amazon.com to read the other customer reviews. There are 8 responses matching my own experience. This company must be investigated as they are collecting card information, charging cards and not sending items. They're also avoiding customer service issues and not resolving issues.

I received an email from a "Diane" stating that there has been flooding that has knocked out power in their area and made email inaccessible since Friday 3/12. This too is a lie as she emailed me on Monday 3/15 and over the weekend. I'll be happy to provide any paper trail needed.

Their "live chat" also continues to go missing from the site periodically. The site is definantly questionable.

To further my inconvenience I was forced to cancel my debit card so as to prevent them from charging me for goods not received and will be unable to use it for 5-7 business days as the bank will issue me another one. I won't be able to purchase the items on another site and will not be able to access my funds for anything else in the meantime.

Being in the business of fertility is not something that should be regarded lightly. The hope that is inherent in fertility aide is something that no one should be allowed to take advantage of. There is nothing more piteous than women, heart sick to be a mother. This site must be taken down and the business reviewed extensively. This is inexcusable.
