Let buyer beware. I ordered some Red Wing WORX shoes from their website that indicated "in stock" and paid extra for the 3 day delivery which was an extra $35. Received an immediate confirmation of the order within minutes. I wanted the new shoes to arrive a.s.a.p. was I would be leaving town 8 days later. This should have provided ample time as the order was confirmed on a Wednesday afternoon.
Yesterday, the following Tuesday, I sent them an e-mail to ask if they'd been shipped. They then advise : "They did go out yesterday. They had just become available they had been out of stock for a while. I will call to see what day they are scheduled for delivery".
Since they knew "they had been out of stock for a while" by their own admission and yet indicated "in stock" on their website... I feel they are less than honest and only concerned with making a sale especially when a customer pays extra shipping charges for faster delivery knowing that it will do them no good. Had I been told they were not in stock when I ordered or when they confirmed the order I'd never have ordered or canceled the order.
