From this company's website, I ordered (and paid for in good faith) what was advertised as the complete TV series of 'All in the Family' (see attached photo for product detail). I received only seasons 1-6. The discs I received are clearly homemade, as the labels include sequence numbers hand written with what appears to be ball-point pen. The recording quality is so poor that many of the discs will not play at all, or will play only intermittently in multiple players I have tried.

I have sent two emails expressing my dissatisfaction to the address from which my order confirmation came, but have received no replies. The company name and address I have provided are taken directly from the shipping label. The support email address ([email protected]) and website URL are copied directly from the order confirmation email I received, so be assured there have been no transcription errors.

Beware of this company, as they appear to be wholly unscrupulous and unresponsive to customer complaints. They exhibit no trepidation about committing fraud and copyright infringement; they are very likely capable of any imaginable forms of deceit and theft.
