Fake Boots
Use www.ugg.gg to get some very well priced ugg boots for my wife. When we got them they were too small so tried to return for a bigger size. Unfortunatly ugg.gg returns policy is also fake as they give you the returns info for main dealer in America. I tried to get a bigger size but main dealer sent them straight back stating that the boots were not authentic ugg.
I am now stuck with fake boots that are too small and out of pocket. Don't use UGG.GG

Fake ugg boot
This company sell fake ugg boots they copycat the original ugg website and silly me, because they accepted paypal I really assumed it was an authorized site. I waited 4 weeks for delivery and eventually they arrived probably because I had opened a dispute with paypal for non delivery. The label on the back of the boots isn't straight, inside the fur is not real, they came in the most shabby box, with no invoice or where they came from. Paypal have now washed their hands of it as they say the item has been delivered. So here I am with a pair of rubbish ugg boots.

Boots not received, Fraud?
I ordered boots on the 18th December and received an email with an order number. There was no where to track the number on the website when i logged back on. I have received no further information on the boots, no boots have arrived and the payment has been taken. I cannot find what the website is now operating under. Money gone and I'm left without my christmas present. Can anything be done?

i payed for 4 pairs of ugg boots at the end of oct, i have no boots and no money back, but today i have received an email from jack asking why i refused to pay for them, has anybody eles had a responce from them and how do i get my money back

DONT GO NEAR THIS SITE!!!
I am one of many who have been conned by this very professional looking site!
Hopefully we will be refunded money by bank.
If you do use this site keep and print all correspondance you receive as this will help you claim money back

i also got conned by these evil people paid them £75 for a pair of igg boots and they never came, only found out their game when it said on the news about shopping sites being closed down due to fraud, am very upset and dissapointed as i am not loaded and it was a lot of money to me

Wrong boots
Bought boots from this site. Credit card used. Credit card entry Fast Delivery, Nicosia, Cyprus for $98USD. Classic short ordered classic tall received. Will not exchange. Now belive that this site is trading fraudulently. How do I know if my boots are genuine or not? Can I get the transaction stopped?

This seller is fraudulent. The website is a complete rip off of the genuine Ugg Australia website. The boots are fake & come from a factory in China! Do not buy from this website!! In a few weeks it will probably close down & reopen under another name so watch out. Always check if the website is licensed to sell Uggs before you buy from them. The official Ugg website has a list of sellers that should be avoided.

still awaiting to recieve my boots
my boyfriend bout me 4 pairs of these boots over a week ago now. we both thought it was a genuine site as it had the symbol stating that it was secure. im still waiting to recieve my boots, however most people are sayng there fake . . . has anyone ever returned anything. my boyfriend also paid by his bank card so how does he go about complaining. these sites are not well stated enough thats just put a bad star to christmas for me :-(

do not purchase uggs of this website, they take your money then you cannot get in touch with them beware of www.ugg.gg .
