we ordered the boots December 10th. It took 14 days to get here so we got them on December 24th in the afternoon. everything was all fine until i opened them Christmas morning and found they were a size 5 when we ordered a size 7. so i emailed them a complaint about it and they said i could send them back so they can send the right size back to us. they also gave us the return address and phone number (which we cant call) and the address was from china. it cost us $34.00 shipping fee to send them back. that was on December 26. I tried to email them today, January 5, to find out if they had recieved and sent my boots out already. but the email was just sent right back to me woth no reply. so i tried going on the website but it didnt work. apparently they had closed their site. now what the heck ? how do i get my money back. i seriously wanna sue.

My husband ordered ugg boots on 12/17 the charge of 96.15 has been deducted from his account but they have not sent any kind of shipping information and will not return numerous e-mails and of course there is no other way to get a hold of them. Sad.

The money was taken out of my account, but I never received the product! They will not respond to my emails.
