Over a week and a half ago i ordered an id card from this website and payed £29.00 for this through ukash, they said that my order would be processed within 48 hours, they sent me a confirmation email saying that when the money transfer had been cleared they would process my order. I have not yet received the id card and when i try to go onto their website i cannot find it, its as if it has been removed! The confirmation email that was sent to me with my reference number has magically disappeared from my emails, and i did not delete it!

I am afraid that i have been ripped off!
