I responded to an employment ad and I received this e-mail from Martha Anderson Senior HR Executive at XdrAds Inc.
"Thank you for taking time to apply for our position of Office Administrative as advertised on Craigs List.

The screening process for this position consists of three stages:

1. An initial pre screening of your application at www.xdrads.com
2. A more in depth phone screening.
3. Lastly the final interview at the head office."

I clicked on the link and went to their web site and I entered my information but they would not let me on the site unless I installed a Web Tool Bar called "ZANGO".

This job offer is just a way to get us to place a program on our computer. Not what I want to do.
