we had signed up in sept of 2007 and won a free promotional trip to leavenworth washington. we are using this trip for our honeymoon on june 21st of 2009. we did have it scheduled for april but changed our minds and moved the honeymoon and wedding to june. to do so we had to pay a $35 fee to do this. we had already gotten our voucher for april so we called to make it in june instead. when we called we paid the $35 over the phone with my fiancees card. it is now may 30th and i havent gotten a voucher for that. i have called wyndham and they told me to call casablanca. i call casablanca and they are ignoring my phone calls. my fiancee and i have decided that if we dont get a voucher and our honeymoon is ruined we will stop payment on the share and will no longer go through wyndham and casablanca unless you change what has been done. we really want this but if we arent getting what we paid for we dont care the consequences we will stop payment.
