Bought their warranty on April 2008 through a used car dealership. My transmission failed and now they dont want to pay for it. According to them there was an alteration in my car before i bought it hence voided the warranty that they sold me. Whats a waste of $2000.00 my option is to take the delaership to small claims court. For the record do not buy their extended warranty its not worth the hustle.
