I ordered a new supply of Wysong Archetypal 1 and received something that did not look familiar although the package was the same. It was full of hard junk, dust, and sharp pieces that would be dangerous to a ferret. There was no indicationon the package or on the website of a change in formula or process.

I complained to Wysong and was absolutely not listened to. I was assured it is a 'healthy' food. I was only allowed to talk to one person beyond the receptionist.

They would not refer me to any ferret specialist who works for them.
