Hello,
We are operating a company which is located in Pune, Kothrud.
On 11.10.07 we have filled form for airtel 7 connections. From day first we request you to send bills at our office by post / by courier…………
I am very disappointed with your service that your people wrongly changed our address……
Till we came to your office and submitted our office shop act license and whatever required…..
Your people committed that we will change your address……
They corrected our address and verified everything……………. And gave wrong commitments
they don't even checked the changed address, , and now they are saying that the address is wrong……….
is this a way to behave with your valued customer.

On 28.03.2008 We spoke to me dinesh sakhare (Karve road branch), he also promised that he will send the bill………….on correct address………………..
Taking continous follow up from sakhare, he also failed………..
Till this date we have not recd any letter or courtesy call from your side…
Again on 14.04.2008, we spoke mr narayan on 121, he too committed the same.
Till not received any reply………

Today only send us bill from first day to till date…..
If you failed to send us the details we will surely not pay the bill.
today is last date of payment….
and will not pay due to your mistake……..

WE ARE NOT DEFAULTERS BUT DUE TO AIRTEL SERVICE ……………..
We will not pay your bill
