Without question this company has the worst customer service/sales reps I've ever encountered. I placed an internet order, 48hrs later they send a generic email stating my credit card address does not match the billing address and could I please provide the right address, which I did. 48hrs later I get the same reply which I then requested someone contact me or provide me with a direct number to someone at X4labs so we can resolve this and make the sale happen. Nothing ... 24hrs later I get an email saying my order was refunded (which how can you refund a deal if you could not charge my card in the first place) and second I don't want a refund, I wanted the PRODUCT. Great sales team there... way to assist the client.
I can not even recommend or comment on the product and its success or failure because they apparently can not place my order, even when I am asking to take my money. There is no direct dial for this company is a blank 866# that goes to people that can not help you. Anyway, I wanted a place the vent my frustration and this was a great forum to do it in...
