This company is a total scam! I just tried calling this 1-866-951-1393 number listed in other complaints and I got the whole run around! They keep telling me that one number funnels to several companies and to keep trying to call the same number till I finally get through to the actual xanithin people. What a rip off! This company is a prime example of what immoral business dealings are. There is no way to cancel your account, and they keep charging you an ungodly amount of money for a supplement every month. I'm going to try to report them to whoever I can! I ended up having to cancel my credit card totally and have them send me an entire new one just to prevent them from being able to use my account anymore.

The complaints regarding unauthorised charges for a product called XANITHIN 3 are continuing.
My debit card was fraudulently used on June 1, 2009 to charge for this trial product.
Since early 2009 complaints have been recorded on this website but no action to investigate this scam appears to have taken place.
On June 3, I received a grey plastic envelope via USPS-First Class Mail containing a bottle with 30 pills.
The Sender was Xanithin 3, phone 866-951-1393.
2375 E. Tropicana Ave, Suite 737. Las Vegas. NV 89119.

Bottom line: When are the authorities going to shut this scam operation down?

I ordered a free trial for $4.95 and was told that I had 30 days after receiving the product to cancel further orders. A couple of days after receiving the product they charged my card for $88 without my consent and I had canceled the day that I ordered the it.

I recieved a trial size bottle of Xanithin 3 at my home about 3 weeks ago. When I got it I Had no idea what it was and did not open it. Wondering how this company got my personal info to even send the trial made the question arise weather this was just an advertisment or some type of scam. After thinging about it for a while I just desided to leave them in my med cabinet and didn't think anymore about it. Until I went to my bank Yesterday and $88.50 had been withdrawn from my account without any knoledge on the product. Or how they even got my information period! As if this couldn't have gotten worse I got a toll free # that I got off the net and the customer ser. rep PENCIL PUSHER was VERY rude, not only that, but told me I wouldn't even see a nickel of my money and that My Email address was the wrong one on there acct so he said he doesn't know how my banking acct. would even been able to be used for the make of this purchase.(LIKE I LYING) I allowed no purchase for this or any other product for that matter. I REFUSE to be taken advantage of. I have also read on the internet that I am not the first person this has happened to. This needs to be resolved ASAP> [email protected]

I wish I could give you more information on these people, but none was sent with trial bottle. Now they are sending more products and taking money out of my checking account that I did not authorize. How do I get rid of them? Isn't this illegal. The charge was suppose to be a nominal charge for a trial size. What a scam!!!
