An unauthorized charge of 4.95 showed up on our Visa statement. The bank asked us to call the company before disputing the charge. I called the number and was told that it was made on my husband's card and whoever made the order would have to have the card number, name, address, and CCV code to make the order. His card is locked in a safe and hasn't been touched in months. I was told to treat this charge as identity theft and could only be refunded with a police report case number. The CS rep (who represented numerous companies) also said that he had no contact information for the company and could not give me any names of owners. I was told that if I file a dispute and the charge is not fraudulent, they will press charges against us. I am reporting our credit card as stolen.
