Product is being shipped with a bogus telephone number so there is no way to cancel the ordera. I only ordered the $4.95 trial which does not work. Since then I have been plagued with monthly bottles billed at $88.55 charged to my credit card. My only recourse will be to contact my credit card as an unauthorized scam.

I am a Canadian citizen. I accepted a trial offer, not a on-going delivery. I tried calling the company, but no results. I would like to find a website or even better an E-Mail address to cancel the product. They are charging my credit card. I would not have signed for an automatic home delivery and am very anxious to cancel. Many thanks.

I called to get the return information. The woman gave me an address located in Draper, UT which was different from the one the package came from. I done exactly like the woman told me to do. I wrote all the information needed on the inside & outside of the package. Also recieveed a tracking # so I could keep up with the progress. I sent it out on 6-26-09. It was delivered in in Draper, Ut on 6-29-09. The USPS left a notice for it to be picked up. On 7-11-09 I recieved an email from USPS tracking service saying that the package was being returned to me due to it being "Refused" & "Unable To Deliever-No Such Address. So now it has been sent back to me again & I'm stuck with a product I did not order nor do I want & No refund ($88.55). After receiveing the package back I called the toll-free # seems now they do not know anything about Xanithin & do not know why Xanithin used their # & address. They claim that the FBI is looking into it now. What a load of crap. They know the who, what, why, where & when even the how about Xanithin they just wanna take peoples money & refuse to give refunds. I'm filing a lawsuit against Xanithin/AcaiFarms

I send in for a free trial sample about 3 months ago and now my bank account is being drafted for this product every month. I am receiving product but I need to cancel. No type of contact information is provided either on the bottle of the Xanithin3 or the mailing package.

I orderd a trial bottle of Xanitin3 with the approved charge of 4.95. Now I have been charged twice 88.55 without notification for a monthly supply. The first charge was within two weeks of the original order. When I called they said I was passed a 30 day time period to return and cancell my order. So now I am out $177.10. What do I do to get my money back and return the poduct including the trial bottle that I have not even opened and tried yet?
