I ordered 1 trial of this product, received 3 trial packages $ 6.95 CA each, then was charged for these then also charges for full shipment x 2 for another 2 bottles costing $113.21 & 111.70 CA. These products came 2 bottles 1 day, then 3 bottles the next day, when I saw what was happening I called the company on 20/04/09 and cancelled any further product and was given an address and RGA # to return the product, I called again on the 14/05/09 and was told that they received the product on the 12/05/09 and I should receive my refund within 10-12 days, by which time I can call back if I do not. I called back on the 11/06/09 @ 4:45 pm and was told that I cannot receive a refund even though they got back their product and I also cannot speak with a Supervisor. The person totally refused to offer any help

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT 2 MONTHS AGO, I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I CALLED AND A KID NNAMED NJUSTIN SAID THAT IT IS THE POST OFFICE RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THE PRODUCT TO ME. HE REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR . ALL I WANT IS THE PRODUCT.

I called to cancel before the end of my trial period and was informed everything was canceled. Shortly after I received another bottle in the mail, so I called to ask them why I received the bottle as well as why I was charged for that bottle. I was informed I needed to cancel within the trial period, so I listed the dates I ordered, canceled and what would have been the end of my trial period. I was given some lame responses about the terms and conditions but I kept informing them I did do everything right according to their terms and conditions. I did not understand what was so difficult about the time lines so I requested to speak to a manager. They will NEVER let you talk to a manager. They will put you on hold to go talk to their manager and then either hang up on you or tell you the same thing when they pick the phone back up. I wondered whether there was a manager present at all. After several calls and much running around about no refunds I was finally authorized for a refund. I was given a confirmation number and an address to mail the product back to them. A couple weeks after mailing the product back I called to ask why I had not yet been refunded. I was told they did not understand why I had not already been refunded and they reprocessed the refund. Three weeks have gone by and I still have not been refunded, so I called again today. This time I was told they had refunded me and that I should call my bank to ask why the refund is not showing in my account. Well my bank said there is no refund whatsoever so I filed a fraudulent charge with them against Xanithin3. Hopefully the bank can knock some sense into this scam artist company. I think the company Xanithin is very good at basically scamming people by not following their own terms and conditions and then blaming it on you. If I was not unemployed (company downsizing due to these horrible economic times) I would never be able to spend all the time I have trying to get this fraudulent charge refunded. It is sad a company can do this to so many people.
I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest everyone else do the same.

Taking money from my bank account with out notice or any writen notice for free sample then atomatic billing of 88 dollars a month!!!

I purchased my first $4.95 trial and you continue to bill me $88.55 for all my purchases. I cannot afford this anymore and stopping payments at my bank today. This product does not work for me and I've been on it for 2 months now and just received my 3rd bottle, so cancel any future orders, I don't want this anymore, like your other complaints. I sent you an email and sent this email via of regular mail to Xanithin 3- Acai Farms, 6100 Neil Road #500, Reno, Nevada 89511 and it was returned yesterday. I will be investigating you with the Credit Bureau and you better be legal. So, cancel all future billings on my Sun Trust Debit card. You have my address, so you'll know to cancel my account.
