Tricked into continuous order. Thought I was just getting a free sample.
I talked to a woman by the name of Sue Collins about ordering a free sample of their product. She said that I would get it free but would have to pay shipping and handling charge of $4.95. After giving her my information, she said that my account would be charged $88 and some odd cents every month thereafter unless I called and cancelled the order. I did not make this order. It was shoved down my throat! I proceeded to tell her that I could not afford that much money monthly because I am only working part-time right now. She charged the shipping and handling charge to my account and I'm afraid that she will continue to charge my account for something that I do not want. I am trying to get this cancelled but am unsure how to do so.

Unauthorized charge
I was curious about this product after hearing many stories about it. I ONLY wanted to take advantage of the trial period and called well within the allotted time to cancel. The first rep: Lacey or Lucey claimed my account was never charged. A couple days later I noticed my account was indeed charged! I called back and spoke w/Julia, she gave me the same response as the first rep. Disatisfied in not getting any true results as my account was missing $4.95 on top of the $88.55 I called back yet again in hopes another rep would better help me. I spoke w/Karl who later in the conversation changed his name saying he was Tommy. He found my info & confirmed the charges. I demanded a credit to my acct for the $88.55 as I definately did not authorize such charge he said "charge is non-refundable". I demanded for a sup he said "they don't come to the phone". I wanted a sup's name he said "I can't give that info out". After telling him this is a BULLSHIT scam they were involved in I threatened to report their ASSES to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau, he hung up. =======I WANT MY F****N $$$MONEY$$$ BACK!!!=======

unauthorized billing
I had the exact same complaint as I just read when I opened the site. I recieved a trial bottle which I havent even tried yet supposedly for $4.95 I was charged $88.55 against my account. I would recommend no one do any business with this company. I never authorized that great a charge.

auto deduction from account
I only wanted to try it, received it on Sat. Jan.10th 2009, looked at bank account only to see $88.95 deducted from my ckg account...I called the 800 no. on the internet website
and cancelled any further monthly auto send. Did get a confirmation no.
Said on small print...they can charge for the 30 day supply, but you do have a right to cancel after first month supply. I told customer service...I haven't tried it yet...I have only had it 6 days, he said they allow for 10 days...from the day you ordered it.
I feel this is a scam company. and Attorney General should be contacted to stop these scam practices.

Only wanted to try not buy 88.59 worth
I did not authorize auto payment for this product (xanithin3). I will not pay that amount. I was not asked by e-mail if I wanted to reorder. I don't know if it really works or not.
Please refund my money!!

unauthorizedbilling
I was charged $88.55 for a bottle of xanithin3 which I did not authorize after receiving my trial bottle for $4.95. I don't want anymore because the capsules do not agree with me and I want my $88.55 returned to me and I'll have nothing more to do with this company that I thought was legit!
