malfution
yes today i went to play a game of halo reach on the live account and tryin to play and then the server decides to shutdown me and sevral of my xbox live friend wanting to play and cant . second we try to call them and they said they cant do nothin about it. so i want to summit a complaint to the xbox live company.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
Xbox live charged my debit card 3 times on 1/29/11 for $74.99. I've never purchased anything from them. These are fraudulent charges and I want my money back.

FRAUD
I have had 3 charges to xbox live. Two for $74.99 and one for $49.99I do not own an xbox. The other two charges for $1 were to microsoft billing bill.ms.net.wa (that is what came up on my on-line account)

still gtting charged for xbox live which has bn cancelled over a year and i am trying to shut my credit card this is being charged to but everytime i close it it gets re-opend

Charges and Fraud
I paid renewal for my sons Xbox subscription due Nov. 22nd with with a prepaid card bought in a store. Xbox took that payment and continued to try to charge my credit card (which had been closed). They accepted the prepaid card but still turned off the service 30 days later. When my son called to ask what the problem was, they said you have to have a card on file. So we provided a new credit card and they charged the credit card immediately for a years subscription. My son called immediately to complain and was told that he had 30 days to ask for a refund (for the prepaid card)... Since the prepaid card was input Nov. 23rd... and it was now Dec. 23rd. It was too late. Their 30 day grace period where they did not interrupt service was also the time period which they allowed any refund. Convienent. They further said that the pre-paid card payment was "stacked" that is to say an additional 12mo...even though it was submitted and they redeemed that payment. I am furious... Any logical person would think this was payment and that service continuing confirmed it. This multi billion dollar company refused to refund either the prepaid card or the credit card charge. While $60 is not a lot of money for some people, it is not insignificant to me. This company is shameless.

The Xbox Live Enforcement Team has permanently banned my account from all live gameplay on xbox. because of my bio- msg me if u want to buy a 50. i have had that bio since halo 3 came out and never had a problem. Ive been paying xbox $8 a month for years now on my own. I barily managed to afford it I'm only in highschool and love to play on Live in the spare time I have. Most of my money has gone into 1 account I can no longer play on because I said that. HUNDREDS of other halo players have had that same thing in their bio and have had no problems. Please let me continue to play on xbox live. I have put way too much time and effort into my account to start over. I had hundreds of friends i can't contact anymore. I'm not even able to see their gamertags anymore. Please help me out

All my friends erased over suspension of credit card?
One day, as usual, I go on xbox live to play with my friends. I go to check who's on, but I see I have no friends when just the day before I had 98 friends. Then I am signed out of xbox live automatically because my credit card was suspended. I go to friend request my friends, but it says that the message could not be sent AND that my family settings restricted it, yet I have no family settings. I am really confused.

Banned
I got banned todayfor 2 months from XBOX Live because I put my Bio line as "9/11 was an inside job" and "Google WTC 7" in the new Call of Duty Black Ops Game.
I called and they said they can do nothing because it has been done by the XBOX Live Enforcement department and that they can't even contact them.
The first guy on the phone didn't even know a third building fell that day. I told him when he got home to google WTC 7. But what was cool was he put me through to the Accounts department and there was a nice lady that was a truther. We spoke for about 45 minutes about Building 7. It was awesome.
Many people are waking up to the lies of 9/11 and Xbox has no right to ban anyone for their views on this topic.
I even had a nice 9/11 Emblem in my Black Ops player card.
How dare they suspend my account for this?
